64'08 Class gathering information in your email, deadline to vote is TONIGHT, so that Gennie, Alvah and Siok Hwee have time to re-organise the stuff and let u all know in the near future.

information as follows:-

Hi 6/4 '08,

Gennie is organising the class gathering -aka- chalet. i proposed to her that it would be better to get Downtown East as there are more facilities there, eg. WW wet, movies etc etc....

it would be a 3day-2night stay. @ $390 for non-NTUC members and @ $300 for members. most weekdays are available. Surprising.

1) pls ask around for anyone's parents who are NTUC members. if possible, can help to do online booking too.

2) how much each person has to pay is NOT YET CONFIRMED. depends on how many pple going. these pple going will be split into 2 groups:-

1st group who will stay for at least 1 night, this group will need to pay just slightly more.

2nd group who will come on the BBQ evening (1st night most likely), this group will mainly pay for the BBQ food and drinks.

1st date: Dec 1st to Dec 3rd.
2nd date: Dec 8th to Dec 10th
3rd date: Dec 16th to Dec 18th

so i will ask for YOU GUYS to vote. Vote 2 things:-
1) which set of date.
2) can stay for at least 1 night, or BBQ night only

we will go with MAJORITY. deadline is 14th Nov, Sat.

LASTLY, to everyone, try to help out in whatever way u can. approach the above 3 persons to provide your help. main thing is. NTUC member can get it @ $90 cheaper. need someone to do online booking too.
