anyway.. u guys can for a committee to organise a gathering during the Nov-Dec holidays.
my idea is, don't need to wait for everyone to be free. set a date and venue and discuss on it. after which, inform everyone. not all will make it due to other commitments.. so just set a minimum number of pple to go.. and confirmed it!!!
